Job Description

Are you an experienced AP/AR professional with a background in administrative and clerical support? Mission Recruiting is looking for a detail-oriented AP/AR Specialist to join our administrative team.

This is a full-time, remote position with a stable and fast-growing company that values precision, organization, and work-life balance. The role includes a mix of accounting, administrative, and occasional marketing tasks.

While the daily workload may vary, a typical day may look like 50% accounting, 30% administrative work, and 20% marketing-related activities. Other days may be more heavily focused on administrative and marketing support, depending on business needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • This role combines traditional AP/AR responsibilities with administrative support to keep our fast-paced recruiting operation running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for:
  • Managing accounts receivable, including client outreach and collections
  • Processing accounts payable and performing general bookkeeping tasks
  • Entering and maintaining data across internal systems
  • Auditing and updating administrative records and reports
  • Supporting candidate and client processing
  • Calculating and tracking recruiter commissions
  • Collaborating with the recruiting and business development teams
  • Posting on multiple social media platforms- Canva experience is preferred .

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • We’re seeking a proactive and tech-savvy professional who thrives in a remote setting and brings:
  • Full-cycle AP/AR experience (QuickBooks proficiency required)
  • Strong background in administrative work and data entry
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in collections via email and phone
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, fully digital environment
  • A quiet, dedicated home workspace
  • A reliable computer (Chromebooks are not compatible)
  • Fast, stable internet (50 Mbps+ and wired connection preferred)
  • Must use at least two monitors
  • High-quality USB noise-canceling headset with mic
