What You'll Do As a Production Associate:

• Produce manhole riser rings through a series of hands-on manufacturing steps.
• Grind rings to remove sharp edges and create a smooth, finished surface.
• Dip rings in a protective coating to ensure product durability.
• Stack finished products on pallets and prepare them for shipment.
• Weigh pallets and record accurate shipping data.
• Label and tag orders for correct identification and tracking.
• Complete basic paperwork to support quality control and inventory tracking.
• Assist with assembly and operating machinery as needed.
• Choose your work schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM or 4:00 PM–2:30 AM, with flexible Friday options.

Our Ideal Production Associate:

• Experience: No experience is required--excellent opportunity to get started in manufacturing with on-the-job training. Forklift experience is a plus, but not necessary.
• Dependable: Shows up consistently, works hard through physically demanding tasks, and stays focused.
• Teachable: Open to feedback, takes direction well, and motivated to grow in an entry-level, hands-on role.
• Adaptable: Willing to pitch in where needed and learn new tasks.
• Active: Able to lift up to 75 lbs., bend, kneel, and stand for long periods.
