We're looking for experienced Non-QM Senior Mortgage Loan Officers to join our virtual team. You'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer experiences, guiding clients through the intricacies of the mortgage process with expertise and care.
What You'll Do:
Be a Trusted Advisor: Deliver top-notch customer service, building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth and positive loan experience.
Connect and Consult: Engage with clients through inbound and outbound calls, using provided leads to understand their needs.
Find the Perfect Loan: Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend the most suitable loan products, empowering them to make informed decisions.
Simplify the Process: Accurately input borrower information, maintain detailed profiles, and ensure seamless loan application submissions.
Guide and Support: Collect and review borrower documentation, ensuring accuracy, and proactively communicate with clients throughout the loan journey.
Collaborate and Solve: Partner with customer relationship managers to resolve any challenges and ensure timely loan closings.
Exceed Expectations: Consistently meet and surpass customer expectations, maintaining high loan quality and compliance.

Flexibility to work up to 50 hours per week, including occasional weekend hours.
A valid MLO License and compliance with the NMLS SAFE Act with 4 or more active licenses.
2-3 years of sales experience in a high-volume call center.
In-depth knowledge of Non-QM products. Knowledge of Conventional, government, refinance and purchase, HELOC, & Seconds is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Workspace.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
