ShareSTAFF is seeking a travel nurse RN Clinic Pediatric Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Fort Defiance, Arizona.

• Shift: 12 hours, nights

• Job Description : Registered Nurse for Med-Surg Unit (MSU) for adult geriatrics and pediatric patients. With EXCELLENT Staffing Ratios:  Non Covid: typically 4:1, max 5:1. Covid patients: typically 2:1, max 3:1.
• Required Certifications: American Heart Association BLS, ACLS. and PALS is required.
• Experience: Three (3) years of med-surg experience, 1 year pediatric experience required, MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH BOTH ADULT AND PEDIATRIC PATIENTS.
• Setting: 20 bed medical surgical unit for adults and pediatrics
• Shift: 12 hour Night shift,, but flexible to work other shifts, holidays and weekends, as needed. In addition to inpatient, may be assigned to help cover Flu Immunization clinics as needed. Travelers are expected to attend staff meetings.
• Housing: Facility does offer shared housing, but is limited. Information can be found under Other housing 'Facility Group Document’ section.
• Orientation : Travelers are required to attend the New Employee Orientations scheduled every other Mondays - If your traveler misses the compliance deadline, they will be pushed to the following scheduled New Employee Orientation.
